| 摘 要： | 从宪法观念和监督体制两方面深入剖析了我国现行宪法监督制度及其存在的问题,提出了建立专门宪法监督机关模式的构想,论述了确立该体制需要解决的两个重要问题专门宪法监督机关与全国人大及其常委会的关系和专门宪法监督机关组成人员的产生方式。

One is the connection between the special supervising organization and the National People's Congress, and the other is how to produce the number of the special supervising organization. |
