| 摘 要： | 犯罪心理痕迹主要是指犯罪分子在实施犯罪过程中和犯罪前后的心理活动。这种心理活动在一定的情境中和条件下 ,会客观反映犯罪分子心理活动的历程及个性特征。在侦查工作中 ,研究和应用犯罪心理痕迹 ,对分析犯罪分子的犯罪动机、实施犯罪活动的过程以及“刻画”犯罪分子均大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Psychological track of crime mainly refers to psychological movement of the criminal in the crime committing or shortly before and after it. Such psychological movement can objectively reflect the process and personal characteristic of the criminal's inner thoughts under certain circumstances and conditions. In investigating work, it is helpful to search and apply criminal psychological track for analyzing the criminal's motive and the process of crime committing and "picturing" the criminal. |
