未成年刑事犯犯罪心理成因与矫治策略研究——以乌鲁木齐市未成年人刑事犯罪数据为例

针对乌鲁木齐未成年人刑事犯罪呈多发态势,结合对乌鲁木齐未管所和新疆女子监狱在押的未成年刑事犯进行问卷调查,从家庭、学校、社会、同伴关系、宗教及涉案情况等五个方面分析其犯罪心理成因,提出心理矫治和预防策略,从而为有效控制和降低乌鲁木齐市未成年人犯罪提供参考。

Research on Correction Strategy and Psychology Cause of Juveniles’ Criminal Offense behaviors---Taking the Data of Juveniles’ Criminal Offense behaviors of Urumchi City as Example

At present, the juveniles’ criminal offense behaviors occur more frequently than before in Uramchi, the article hereby takes a questionnaire survey to the juveniles who offends the criminal law and are put into Uramchi Juvenile Disciplinary House and Xinjiang Women's Prison, which analyzes the psychology causes from the five aspects of family, school, peer relationship, religion, and society, puts forward psychological treatments and prevention strategies, and thus provides effective references to control and reduce the crime in Uramchi.
