保卫模式及其属性分析

从保卫主体上分析,公安保卫工作有指导监督型模式和派出型模式两种,单位保卫工作则有自我型模式、保安型模式和结合型模式三种。根据公安机关与单位治安保卫机构两者联系方式的不同,保卫工作大致可分为指导监督自我型模式、指导监督保安型模式、指导监督结合型模式和公安特派员型模式。按照《企业事业单位内部治安保卫条例》的规定,保卫工作不具有公安工作的属性,但对此认识不必僵化,从新出现的公安特派员型模式来看,其保卫工作是具有公安工作属性的。
