| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展和城市化进程的推进,作为农民生存之保障的土地流失问题日趋严重,这一问题固然是由众多社会原因所导致的,但究其根本则是因为农村土地集体所有制度自身的弊端———所有权主体缺位。如何重塑农村土地集体所有的主体制度是解决农村土地流失问题的关键之所在。

| Abstract: | The problem of land loss has become increasingly severe with the advancement of economic development and metropolitization.While the cause of this problem is multiple,the core reason comes from the defects of the collective ownership of rural lands,namely,the absence of the subject of the ownership.How to reshape the subject system of the collective ownership of rural lands is the key solution to the problem of land loss. |
