| 摘 要： | 为规范在职民警培训的教官聘任和管理工作，提高教官队伍建设的正规化水平，2008年10月湖南省公安厅出台了《湖南省公安机关教官管理规定》，标志着湖南省公安机关民警教育训练教官制度的正式启动。为提高教官队伍建设和管理水平，民警教育培训主管部门必须充分认识教官队伍建设的重要意义，加强教官制度建设，拓宽教官的培养途径，优化教学环境，提高教官的待遇，积极推行民警培训教学改革，提高教官队伍的教学能力和教学水平。

| Abstract: | At present,there are some problems in the construction of training officer team. For the sake of improving the team construction and management level, the department in charge of police training must realize the importance of the construction of training officer team, strengthen the system construction of training officers, widen the training channels of training officers, optimize teaching environment, enhance the treatment of training officers, actively implement teaching reform of police training and improve the teaching ability and teaching level of training officer team. |
