“道法自然”与“自然法”思想之差异

中国古代道家思想中的“道法自然” ,从字面上看有“自然法”之意 ,但绝没有西方“自然法”之内涵。因为无论是从它本意和追求的理想社会来说 ,还是从其崇尚的治国方略上来看 ,“道法自然”思想与西方的“自然法”思想都是截然不同的。

The Difference between Taoistic Thought Emulates Nature and Western Natural Law
