| 摘 要： | 经济的全球化和我国加入WTO标志着我国经济与国际经济的接轨 ,同时也意味着我国犯罪发展的一个新的转折。基于我国有组织犯罪的现状 ,伴随着经济全球化和贸易自由化 ,我国有组织犯罪必然呈现出一些新的发展趋势。
