绵羊与藏羊脑静脉系统整体铸型制作方法的建立

为了获得完整的脑部静脉血管通路塑料模型,经过反复试验,首次建立了脑静脉血管系统的整体铸型方法。选择新鲜的藏羊和绵羊头各15个,将用丙酮和丁酮稀释的200g/L ABS(丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯三元共聚塑料)溶液经上颌静脉灌入脑静脉窦及脑静脉血管内,经2～3d后,等待ABS溶液完全凝固时,用盐酸腐蚀掉脑、脑膜以及构成颅腔的颅骨,然后对血管铸型进行冲洗和修整。获得了完整的脑部静脉血管系统立体铸型。该铸型标本能够清楚地显示脑静脉窦和血管的位置、走向、管径及其相互之间的关系,同时还能够清晰地显示出颅内外静脉血管之间的联系。该方法的建立使整体展现脑内静脉血管系统成为现实,也为进一步深入研究脑静脉系统奠定了基础。

Establishment of a method for casting the cerebral vasculature on sheep and Tibetan sheep

In order to getting the whole cerebral vasculature corrosion cast,a method for casting the cerebral vasculature was established for the first time by series of experiments.Fifteen fresh sheep and 15 Tibetan sheep’s heads were collected with 200 g/L ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) solution in acetone and butanone perfused through the maxillary vein.As the ABS solidified completely after 2-3 days,the whole brain was corroded in 500 mL/L anhydrochloric acid.After that it was rushed with water and was trimmed carefully.Then the cerebral vasculature corrosion cast on sheep and Tibetan sheep was established successfully.It could also show the cerebral venous system,and the vascular location,trend,size and relationship of vessels,and connections between the inner veins and outer of the cranial cavity.The successful establishment of the method will be beneficial for further studies of the cerebral vasculature.
