| Abstract: | In the course of establishing the economic system reform?labor system transform and market economy system, it is urgently needful to perfect the labor policy and labor legislation, strengthen its guarantee for the labor employment, improve the protection level of the wages, aggravate the law duties for the conduct of infringing the behavior made by the employment enterprises and units, improve and perfect the insurance level and protection measures of the laborers, set up the more scientific labor dispute disposal system, perfect and strengthen the labor supervision executing the law and actually protect the lawful rights andinterests of the wide laborers. |
