摘    要:适时制经营模式不仅在各国制造业兴起,也在广东乃至全国的饮食行业中成为一种具有较强竞争优势的经营模式.本文通过对广东饮食业适时制经营模式的研究和经营效率的分析,说明在一个行业中推广一种新的产业制度的主要原因不在于新模式能否在短期内提高经营的效率,而在于它是否具有良好的市场激励机制和有利于规模化经营的实现.同时表明,激烈的市场生存竞争下才可能产生并迅速推动新经营模式.

Abstract:With a blossom in various countries' manufacturing, JIT (Just - In - Time Production System) is becoming a management mode of more competitive advantages in the catering services of Guangdong province and other areas of China. By studying Guangdong's JIT and analyzing its management efficiency, this paper demonstrates that the main reason of popularizing a new management system lies in a good market incentive mechanism and the realization of production scale instead of heightening management efficiency in a short time. Meanwhile, this paper points out that a new management mode can only be created and popularized rapidly under the condition of the fierce market competition.
