| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国开放型经济发展迅速,外贸顺差不断增加,由此带来贸易摩擦加剧、国内货币政策效应弱化等一系列问题。应从全球战略的高度,从互利双赢的思路来看待贸易平衡问题,推进产业结构、经济结构调整,以化解贸易摩擦,促进全球经济在合作、竞争、创新中和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening-up, China's open economy has developed rapidly and trade surplus is increasing, which therefore, results in a series of problems such as tense trade friction and weak effect of currency policy. We should base on mutual benefits and double-win strategy to deal with the problem of trade balance, put forward industrial and economic restructuring so as to solve trade friction and improve the harmonious development of global economy in cooperation, competition and innovation. |
