| Abstract: | The standard terms,culpa in contrahendo,creditor's subrogation,unauthorized disposition and other civil rules are stipulated in the new Contract Law of PRC.In order to apply the Contract Law accurately,all of the above rules should be interpreted through civil interpretation methods such as systemaic interpretation and purpose interpretation,etc. |
