| Abstract: | Personnel management of colleges and universities always affects the idea sentiments of workers, stead and develop about colleges and universities. At the socialist market economy background, acquiring the predictive effect in personnel management, the personnel department should reinforce the ideological and political work, clear away the idea obstruction to instruct workers, raise ideological and political work of works and achieves the ultimate target of occurrences in personnel management. |
