| Abstract: | It has been the controversial problem to establish what kind of mechanism to review the constitutionality in China,which is directly related to the building of our institutional review of the constitutionality.The article proves the benefit of the construction of the Constitutional Court based on the necessity and feasibility of establishing the Constitutional Court and that there is no conflict in the construction of the Constitutional Court and the operational mechanisms of China's current people's congress. |
