| 摘 要： | 建设一个"务实、廉洁、高效"的政府是我国行政管理体制改革所要实现的目标.政府行政执行力的强弱对能否实现该目标起着至关重要的作用.因此,加强政府行政执行力的建设,注重决策的科学性和民主性,强化领导成员的责任意识,培养公务员的执法能力,培育健康的行政执行力文化,对于提高政府的行政效率和我国在国际上的竞争力大有裨益.
