| Abstract: | The public supervision plays an important role in the social life in the modern democratic and rule of law country. In our country, the public supervision is becoming the focus and it plays an important role in the pushing reforms, preventing corruption and protecting citizens'rights. To reinforc the work of the news legislation, to make the public supervision to be ruled by law, to perfect the system construction of the outside circumstances of the public supervision and to establish the system of self- restriction of the supervision subject are the effective way to perfect the system. |
