| 摘 要： | 据统计 ,自 1982年至 1999年 ,云南省共破获贩毒案件 7万多起 ,缴获毒品 80余吨 ,易制毒化学物品 15 0 0余吨 ,抓获贩毒犯罪嫌疑人 10 0余万名 ;全省吸毒人数从二十世纪九十年代初期的 5 7787人减少到目前的 4万余名 ,基本控制住了吸毒蔓延发展的势头。近 5年来 ,云南在国家禁毒委的指导下 ,开辟了境外禁毒、境内堵源截流和省内禁吸戒毒“三大战场” ,取得显著成效。

| Abstract: | According to statistics, from 1982 to 1999, 70,000 drug trafficking cases were broken, over 80 kilograms drug were seized, 1500 tons of precursor chemicals, 1,000,000 drug culprits were captured; drug users reduced from 57,787 in 1990s to 40,000 at present within the whole province, which shows a good control on spread of drug use. With the supports and help of NNCC, three Battlefields of drug control have been opened in the outside, inside of border areas and within the province and have gained remarkable achievements. |
