| 摘 要： | 监外执行罪犯的监督管理工作是人民检察院实现国家刑罚权的重要内容，是监所检察工作的一项重要业务。应当建立健全监外执行罪犯管理机制，减少社会不稳定因素，从而保障刑事诉讼法目的的最终实现。

| Abstract: | Executing criminals' supervision outside prison is an important part of the people's procuratorate's realizing national criminal rights and also an important business of procuratorial function in jail. The managing mechanism of executing criminals' supervision outside prison should be established to reduce the social unsteady factors and protect the final realization of the purpose of protecting criminal procedure law. |
