| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义精神文明 ,是社会主义建设的战略目标之一 ,是一项系统的社会工程。少数民族地区的社会主义精神文明建设是国家整个社会主义精神文明建设不可分割的组成部分。从云南省昆明市少数民族乡镇的实际出发 ,发展少数民族地区的经济 ,探索加强少数民族地区精神文明建设的有效途径 ,寻求促进少数民族地区社会主义精神文明建设的载体 ,这对推动云南少数民族地区社会主义精神文明建设和民族文化大省的建设有着现实的意义

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist spiritual civilization, one of the strategic goals of China's socialist construction, is a systematic social project. The construction of socialist spiritual civilization in ethnic regions is an integral part of the whole country's construction of socialist spiritual civilization. The promotion of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in ethnic regions of Yunnan requires further development of the ethnic economy and exploration for effective approaches to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in these regions based on the practical situations of the ethnic villages and towns of Kunming Municipality, Yunnan Province. These ethnic regions can be made the base for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. |
