| Abstract: | Railway Criminal cases are those crimes under the jurisdiction of railway police organs. The stand- ards for classifying these kinds of cases are compound with various levels, usually including the specific places where crimes take place, qualification of the case, means, offended objects, etc. Research on the classification and its standards for railway criminal cases will help learn and master better the law and characteristics of the criminal ac- tivities related to raiways, thus preventing and combating crimes related to railways more effectively. |
