| 摘 要： | 1997年修改的《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》进一步完善了我国侦查讯问制度,在揭露罪犯、保障人权和追求诉讼公正等方面发挥了重要作用。该法实施以来,也存在不少问题,主要有侦查人员与犯罪嫌疑人之间的权利关系严重失衡,侦查讯问程序和内容有待丰富和完善,相关制度配套不健全。要进一步完善侦查讯问制度,就要建立完善侦查讯问相关的配套制度,规范侦查讯问程序,明确侦查讯问的原则及相关规则。

| Abstract: | The major problems existing in the present scouting interrogation system are as follows: the rights of and the relationship between scouts and criminal suspects lose balance, the procedures and content of scouting interrogation need enriching and improving, relevant supporting systems are imperfect. In order to perfect the scouting interrogation system, it' s necessary to make the relevant supporting systems perfect, specify the procedures of scouting interrogation, and clarify the principles and relevant rules of scouting interrogation. |
