公安机关考评工作应当注重的几个问题

随着以等级化管理为基本手段的民警考核激励和县级公安机关年度工作综合考评等公安队伍管理长效机制的建立、推行。要开展好公安机关的考评工作 ,必须注意四个大的方面和环节的问题。 1 “考什么” ,即考评内容设定的科学性问题 ;2 “怎么考” ,即考评方法的有效性问题 ;3 “怎么组织考” ,即考评组织操作工作的合理、有序性问题 ;4 “考后怎么办” ,即提高对考评结果运用的水平和艺术性问题。
