| 摘 要： | 政务信息化建设的目的在于促进政府工作效率和服务质量的提高。公务人员的信息素养将在很大程度上制约政务信息化建设的进程。因此 ,通过观念的更新、信息技能的培训、教育和实践创新等方式 ,提高公务人员的信息观念、信息意识、信息能力、基本信息知识和信息伦理意识 ,将在很大程度上推动政务信息化进程

| Abstract: | The aim of the informatization of government affairs lies in improving the working efficiency and service quality of government work. The information qualities of civil servants restrict its process to a great extent. So through bucking up ideas, training the skill of information and the innovation in education and practice, we can strengthen the civil servants' idea, consciousness, ability, basic knowledge and ethical consciousness of information, then propel the course of informatization. |
