| 摘 要： | 刑事犯罪发案总数高位运行,而多发性侵财犯罪占到很大比例,这是公安机关刑侦工作急需解决的重大问题。当前刑侦部门迫切需要转变观念,用情报信息制导多发性侵财案件侦查的新理念、新模式,提高打击力度,应对严峻挑战。

| Abstract: | The constantly high totalities of criminal cases,and the large proportion of frequently-occurred offenses against property,pose a tricky and important problem to the criminal investigation departments.Facing the austere challenges,the criminal investigation departments cry for the transformation of ideas,the adoption of new theory and new model of intelligence-led methods in the investigation of frequently-occurred offenses against property,and the enhancement of the intensity in cracking down such cases. |
