| Abstract: | The issuing of the judicial explanation will have a great impact on banking business. This text researched the role of contract in banking business, sign and seal, standard terms, collateral register, debt repayment sequence, liabilities for the breach, try to take advantage of the favorable terms of the judicial explanation and take feasible risk control measures to protect the lawful rights and interests of the bank. |
