中医药院校法学教育的战略选择——以贵阳中医学院为中心讨论

Strategic Choice of Legal Education in Colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine——A Case Study of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The education of law specially in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine should differ from the multi- disciplinary comprehensive universities or educational institutions of politics ＆ law in the cultivation methods of talents and training programs. It＇ s a consensus that legal professionals have their own characteristics and training models. Compared with medical education, education for legal prtffessionals also belongs to vocational education. Colleges of Chinese tradilional medicine need to design the legal education with unique features by clearly realizing the strengths and weaknesses, grasping their own characteristics in educational systems and comhining students＇ cognitive modes. Only by making a strategic design with clear thoughts, specific aims and consistent implementation can the colleges of Chinese traditional medicine control the overall situation theoretically, take the leading position methodologically and highlight their characteristics and educational quality.
