| 摘 要： | 环境犯罪是发生频率高、受害群体面广及危害后果覆盖地域空间广、持续时间长的一种犯罪,环境犯罪高发与被害过错的广泛普遍存在有着直接关系。环境犯罪被害呈现复杂性、累积性、广泛性、衍生性等特征;环境犯罪过错主要有:无知、贪欲、放任和纵容;诱发环境犯罪被害过错原因有社会因素,也有经济因素等。普及环保知识减少环境犯罪被害过错、加大环境犯罪打击力度是抑制环境犯罪的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Environmental crimes occur frequently, do harms to large population of Deople as well as extensive areas, and last for a long time. Moreover, the frequent occurrence of environmenlal crimes is directly related to the ubiquitous victims＇ faults. Environmental crimes are complex, cumulative, universal and derivative. The victims＇ faults in environmental crimes mainly include ignorance, greed and indulgence. The factors may induce environmental crimes are relevanl to the sociely and economy. Popularizing knowledge abont environmental protection is an effective way to reduee victims＇ faults and taking severe measures against environmental crimes can curb theme crimes. |
