| 摘 要： | 面对非公有制经济中日益庞大的职工群体及复杂的劳动关系 ,如何把这些职工组织到工会中来 ,协调好劳动关系 ,维护非公有制经济中职工的合法权益 ,成为当前现实而紧迫的工作。而新建企业组建工会难的部分原因就是对一些重要问题缺乏理论思考。

| Abstract: | How to organize workers into trade unions, how to coordinate labor relations, how to safeguard workers' legitimate rights and interests in non-State-owned enterprises are realistic and urgent political task at present These enterprises are facing with increasing a huge group of workers in non-State-owned enterprises There is a complicated labor relations in these enterprises Lacking of theory study on some important issues is a main reason that there are difficulties in organizing workers in newly built enterprises |
