| 摘 要： | 2001年11月 ,在文莱举行的第5次东盟与中国领导人(10 +1)会议上 ,中国—东盟双方领导人达成共识 ,一致同意在10年内建立中国—东盟自由贸易区。2003年10月 ,中国与东盟又签署了《中国—东盟战略伙伴关系联合宣言》 ,旨在培育睦邻友好 ,加强互利合作 ,建立面向和平与繁荣的战略伙伴关系。2004年11月 ,中国在广西南宁举办了首届中国—东盟博览会。这一系列的举动表明 ,中国与东盟国家之间的合作正向着更实际、更广泛的方向发展 ,因此 ,开展网络环境下中国—东盟信息资源和数据库建设 ,将符合双方日益增长的交流需要。一、网络环境下东盟信息资…
