| 摘 要： | 在全党全国牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观,不仅在于各级党委、政府的领导干部的观念、素质和能力,更重要的是要建立健全贯彻落实科学发展观的保障机制。当前,要重点完善科学民主的决策机制、正确的政绩评侨机制、合理的权力运行机制、有力的监督制约机制。

| Abstract: | To carry out the view of scientific development,it depends on the conception, quality and ability of cadres of all ranks,but also more depends on establishing a security mechanism.At present,we should focus on improving scientific and democratic mechanism,correct evaluation mechanism of political achievement,reasonable power operational mechanism,powerful supervision restricted mechanism. |
