论强关系的凸显与当前我国社会分层

自改革以来，强关系在资源和地位获得过程中的作用日前凸显，加剧了资源封闭，促进了精英的再生，增强了阶层结构刚性，阻碍了低层阶层的向上流动，并在很大程度上影响了经济、社会的协调发展。这是由于政府法律、制度、政策不够完善，相关职能部门的执行能力弱化以及功能异化，导致人们有可能或不得不转而依赖强关系。因此，我们必须在加强现代社会建设和培育现代社会资本的同时，努力完善制度政策，加强相关部门职能建设，加快制度结构调整，形成政府、市场与以弱关系为基础的社会之间多元并存、相互制约、相互弥补的制度结构，为促进合理的社会分层机制与社会阶层结构创造条件。

On the Prominence of Strong Ties and the Social Stratification in Contemporary China

Strong ties play a more and more important role in the process of the attaining of resource and status from the 1978 Reformation, worsening the closeness of resource, facilitating the regeneration of the elite, rigidifying the social class structure, encumbering the upward mobility of the lower classes,and impacting badly the social stability and economy development. These at last are the products of the imperfect laws, institutions and policies, as well as the feeble executive ability and the function dissimilation of the functional departments of government all of which are likely to or force people to return to Strong ties. we must strengthen the building of modern society and fostering the modern social capital, perfect the relative institution and strengthen the functional departments in order to get ultimately a multiple complementary institution structure made of the government, market and society based on weak ties, make a foundation for us to get a kind of social reasonable stratification mechanism and social class structur
