| 摘 要： | 法治作为一个复杂的命题,具有多元的发展维度和理论侧重,通过对法治知识谱系的考察,可以发现,主体价值是法治的本体基础,主体行为是法治的事实依据,主体共识是法治的实践旨向,法治未因人本而发端,却以人本为依归,具有深刻的人本向度。

| Abstract: | As a complex issue,the rule of law is characterized with multi-dimension of development as well as theoretic orientation.The study upon knowledge pedigree of rule of law shows such facts: subject value is its ontological foundation;subject activity is its factual reference;subject consensus is its practical direction;human is the aim,rather than the starting point,of the rule of law which has deep human direction degree. |
