论人的政治主体性及其实现

政治主体性是指政治主体在政治生活中形成的掌握和借助公共权力、承栽和传播政治思想文化、创建和铺设政治制度设施、发动和规范政治行为规范的自觉性、自主性和创造性。在双重转型社会背景下,政治主体性的生长面临着异常艰巨的任务压力,主流政治意识形态导向功能弱化产生的权威真空使广大政治主体精神依托无根,为此,作者提出:以重构社会精神秩序为思想底格,以公共权力合理配置为制度保障,坚持以人为本的科学发展观,充分发掘传统政治文明的本土资源,大力开展公民政治教育和政治参与训练,从而促进人的政治主体性的实现。

On the Political Subjectivity of Mankind and Its Realization

The political subjectivity of mankind refers to man's political consciousness, autonomy and creativity which are developed through their political lives, and manifested in their controlling and utilizing the public power, bearing and promulgating the political thought and constituting and regulating the political behavior norms, In the context of the dual-social-transformation in contemporary China, to foster the political subjectivity is an extraordinary difficult task. The authority vacuum resulting from the ebbing of officical ideologically-oriented-role has undermined the people's beliefs. To settle these problems and to realize the Chinese people's political subjectivity, the author argues that we should stick to the concept of scientific development while taking people as the center, appeal to our political civilization heritage heartedly, and adhere to civic political education and political participation, which also requires us to re-construct the social spirit order as their ideology base and to re-arrange the public power structure reasonably as their institutional guarantee.
