| Abstract: | The end of the year 2006 in Macau was seeing the International Academic Conference on "Public Management in 21st century: Opportunities and Challenges".The distinguished experts and scholars,who came from near 20 nations and regions over the world,had attended this grand occasion.The Attendees discussed the involved academic topics warmly,especially the topics concerning "Local Government and Regional Public Management","Civil Service and Human Resources Management","Public Risk Management"," Emerging Issues and Trends in Public Budgeting and Fiscal Management","Innovation in New Modes of Public Service Delivery". |
