针对基层派出所防范管理主业还未完全凸显,基础工作信息体系还未完全构筑,群防群治网络还未合理严谨的问题,应通过着力推进社区治安巡访机制,强化情报信息和人口管理意识,以构建群防群治网络,严密基层的阵地控制,整治治安问题突出地区,继而调整管理防范的薄弱部位,实施新型社区警务战略。

To Construct the Policing Mechanism According to the New- style Community Management

There are still some problems in basic work of police stations,such as not giving much prominence to the main work of prevention management,not building up the information system of basic work and the net of prevention and control by the mass not so scientific and reasonable.Therefore,we should push the mechanism of visiting and patrolling in communities,strengthen the consciousness of information and population management in order to construct the net of prevention and control by the mass,make the control of basic position strict,maintain the public order of the districts with outstanding problems,then adjust the administrant weak areas and carry out the community policing.
