| 摘 要： | 本文根据公安大专院校毕业生综合能力中存在的问题和基层公安机关对人才素质的要求, 对公安大专院校的培养目标进行了分析,进而提出只有培养符合政治、业务、心理、文化、身体五项 素质标准的毕业生才是合格毕业生的观点,以期对公安教育实践有一定的指导作用。
