| 摘 要： | 我国城乡医疗保障在覆盖面、筹资水平、卫生资源分配、运行效果等方面都存在较大的差距。要改变医疗保障的二元结构,必须从四个方面完善我国农村医疗保障制度,逐步消除我国城乡在医疗保障方面存在的差距。
