| 摘 要： | 阿富汗作为世界三大毒品基地之一的“金新月”地区 ,最高产量占全球的 80 % ,毒品成为其国家政权的主要财政支柱 ,“9·11”事件后随着英美对塔利班的军事打击 ,阿富汗毒品问题突显出来 ,它必将对世界和我国新疆等西部地区产生影响。

| Abstract: | Afghanistan,the `Golden Moon' region,one of the first three biggest drug bases in the world, produces 80 percent drug of the world. Drug production becomes the main financial resources for the nation. With the fighting between America, British and Tarriban after `9.11' terrorism attack,the drug issue in Afghanistan is continuously expanding and bound to influence the West of our country such as Xingjiang,even the whole world. |
