试论加强监狱民警队伍建设

面对新世纪、新形势、新任务 ,开创监狱工作新局面 ,就必须不断加强监狱民警队伍建设 ,努力提高队伍素质 ;为实现司法部确立的建设现代化文明监狱的总体奋斗目标 ,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,努力把监狱民警队伍建设成一支政治合格、业务精通、纪律严明、作风过硬、执法如山的合格队伍。这是建设现代化文明监狱必然要求。

On Strengthening Jailer Troops Construction

In the face of new century, new situation and new assignments, it' s the essential condition to further strengthen jailer troops construction and try hard to improve the quality of the whole troops in order that we can open a new prison prospect. For the sake of accomplishing the overall objectives of struggle, formed by Ministry of Justice of MCSC of China, which put forward to construct a modern and civilized jail, guided by "Three Represents Theory", what we should do is to make our jailer troop a qualified troop with high political qualities, excellent proficiency and a practical and realistic style of work, which is highly disciplined and enforce the law strictly. It' s the necessary requirement to construct a modern and civilized jail.
