| 摘 要： | 交通肇事逃逸案件 (命案 )是一种非常恶劣的具有故意杀人性质的犯罪行为 ,侦破时要采取一定的策略 :1、现场勘查要全面、细致 ,特别注意收集现场遗留的微量物证 ,以便与从嫌疑车辆上提取的物证比对检查 ;2、利用现场收集的物证及所掌握的信息 ,研究制定切实可行的侦查方案 ;3、利用人证、物证认定肇事车辆及肇事者。

| Abstract: | Fleeing accidents are serious criminal act with intentional homicide, tactics have to be taken up in the investigation on them:making careful investigation and paying attention to the collection of trace material evidence in the scene in order to compare it with that taken from suspected vehicles; taking advantage of the information from material evidence to draw up practical scheme of investigation; identifying vehicles and criminals through witnesses and material evidence. |
