试论公安创新教育

创新教育的核心是培养全面发展的创新人才。公安创新教育的基本内容是 :创新能力的培养 ,创新思维的形成 ,创新人格的修炼 ;创新教育的实施 ,要进一步树立创新教育观念 ,深化课程改革 ,实现教学内容的创新 ;创新教学方法与手段 ,是促进探索考试改革 ,创新考评标准 ,创设宽松民主的学习环境和紧张艰苦的训练环境 ,造就一批创新型的教师队伍。

On the Education Creation in Public Security

The core of the eoucation creation is to train versatile personnel. the main point about it is as followed: training creative ability, thinking way and personality of personnel; developing new idea of education, strengthening courses reform, changing contents, ways of teaching to enhance the students' study by themselves and carry out the education creation; exploring the reform of exam, improving the rule for evaluation, establish relax air for study, hard one for training and developing creative teaching staffs.
