公安学科体系研究初论--《公安学科体系研究》项目研究的若干意见

公安学科体系研究关系到公安院校办学层次和质量的提高,关系到公安教育的可持续发展,关系到"科教强警"战略的实施.该项研究的目的是规范公安学科的名称,明确公安学科的范围、内在结构及其与相关学科的关系,通过系统集成使公安教育和科研层次清晰、均衡发展.应强化使命意识,认清公安学科体系研究的时代意义;从实际出发,建立适合国情的公安学科体系;遵循学术范式,规范公安学科建设;遵循学科发展规律,提高公安学科建设质量;发扬学术民主,倡导百家争鸣;从全局出发,树立公安学科的系统观.

To launch a study on the system of public security discipline which is to meet the needs of public security situation, to meet the requirements of training the qualified professional personnel of public security, and to meet the demands of the system building of public security discipline at present. Making a study of the system of public security discipline, we should lay stress on the mission idea, have a rigorous scientific approach, and try to push the characteristics of public security forward. In study on the system of public security discipline, firstly, we should focus on the brazing new trails of theories with a realistic approach, the system of public security discipline is set up to be suited to national conditions; Secondly, we should grasp this time's sense, carry forward a democratic style of academic research, and initiate a hundred schools of thought contend; Thirdly, we should pay attention to follow the laws of discipline and the academic pattern, regular discipline development, and acquire a systemic outlook of academic development.
