| 摘 要： | 我国检察机关的内部监督,可以借鉴"全景敞视主义"理论,实现公正与效率的价值平衡,克服重实体轻程序监督、重事后轻同步监督、重人员轻制度监督等方面的不足,满足社会公众期待、自身监督能力增强及程序正当性的需要,从构建反向监督机制、保障信息畅通、管人管事齐抓等方面,建立科学高效的运行机制。
