| Abstract: | Secondary teachers in colleges and universities under the new situation will be strengthening the construction of a new form of democracy,how to do a college democratic management in colleges and universities to promote faster development of secondary school,the construction of modern University and doing well the important contents of trade unionism.Article gives the basic mandate and role of the secondary teachers ’ Congress,on how to strengthen the construction of the system of secondary education in colleges and universities has made several assumptions. |
