春秋战国时期存在“国际法”吗?

春秋战国时期并不存在产生国际法的条件,原因在于春秋时期诸侯国正从中央与地方的宗藩关系中发生转型,但还没有完全脱离地方行政单位性质而转变成独立的国家实体;战国时期的列国表现出更大的独立性,但是列国交往的本质是通过兼并战争恢复封建割据破坏的统一,所以并不存在国际关系。同时,那种认为周礼及诸子百家思想中产生和存在国际法规范与原则的观点,是对周礼和诸子百家思想的一种脱离历史语境的误读。
