| 摘 要： | 诱惑侦查作为一种主动、高效的侦查手段，虽然在其他刑事侦查中已被采用，但由于其在价值取向和制度层面上存在诸多障碍，在检察机关查办贿赂犯罪中却未采用过。如果能够转变侦查思路，创设诱惑侦查规则，诱惑侦查也可以在贿赂案件中广泛使用，并收到良好效果。
