扩大民间投资：促进中国经济增长的长期动力

民间投资对需求的扩大和经济的长期增长具有拉动作用,但由于融资制约、产业准入制约和环境制约,使民间投资的后续跟进不足,制约了需求的进一步扩大。因此,我们应加大对非国有经济的融资支持,拓展民间投资的发展空间,加快存量资产的流动,建立民间投资的社会化服务体系。

Enlarging Non-governmental Investment:The Long-term Drive of Promoting China's Economic Growth

Non-governmental plays the role in driving the domestic demand and promoting the long-term economic growth.However,as a result of financing constraint,industrial entry barri- er,and environment restriction,the non-governmental investment lags behind currently and re- stricts the further expansion of domestic demand.Therefore,we should increase the financing support to the non-state-owned economy,open up the development dimension of non-governmen- tal investment,expedite the movement of accumulated assets,and at the same time,establish the social service system of the non-governmental investment.
