| 摘 要： | 涉法信访的存在,表明司法的效益不高、权威不强。文章从法律文化与现实的双重视角出发,对涉法信访的成因作了分析,认为涉法信访的完善应从现实出发,采取修改《信访条例》、改革再审制度、创新纠纷解决机制的办法。

| Abstract: | The existence of petition concerning judicature shows low judicative efficiency and authority. By analyzing the cause of petition concerning judicature from the angle of legal culture and reality, the article puts forward ways of perfection by means of revising Petition Items, reforming retrial system and innovating dispute-solving mechanism. |
