| 摘 要： | 中国当代法治建设有两个基本点,一是法治政府建设,二是法治文化建设.地方法治政府建设是中国当代法治建设的重要组成部分.以河北省法治政府建设的阶段性任务为选题,对推进河北省相对集中行政处罚权、完善相对集中行政许可权以及行政调解适用等问题进行考察分析,在操作层面提出对策性建议.
